6 cups of all purpose flour
1 small cup vegetable oil
2 table spoons milk powder
2 table spoons yeast
small pinch of sugar and salt
2 tbsp plain yoghurt (optional, it makes the dough more tender)
Method:
-mix all the dry ingredients together.
-In a separate bowl, add warm water and 1 tbsp white vinegar. We will use this in making the dough.
-Now make a hole in the flour mix add oil & yoghurt.
-Use the warm water to help you kneading the dough, adding as much as you need to make the dough firm. If the dough is sticky add more flour.
-Try to incorporate all the flour stuck to the sides and bottom of the bowl as you knead.
-When you finish, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside to rise in a warm spot for an hour an a half or till it rises well.
-When ready, Spread a little oil in your baking pan then place the dough in the pan spread it with your hands.
Add any kind of pizza filling that you desire J
